Melissa and Steven knew they wanted a garden wedding on Maui, but they also wanted that gorgeous ocean view. They had a vision of their wedding day in a botanical paradise and it was on a budget. When Melissa and I spoke, I was really hoping she would trust me to create this special memory for her and Steve. Fortunately, I was able to put together the perfect wedding package for them that fit within their budget and exceeded their expectations.
Everything was customized and personalied based on the couple’s interview responses couple and the conversations/emails between us before the wedding day. I first picked up the bride’s brilliant fuchsia and purple bouquet by Bella Bloom Maui and a delicious small wedding cake from Maui Wedding Cakes, keeping them cool and safe in my car during the long drive to the venue. Â
Minister Kolleen Wheeler performed a most beautiful personalized ceremony written just for the couple, and provided a written copy as a keepsake. Bruce Wheeler of Seventh Wave documented the wedding and portrait session with gorgeous photographs that were ready for the couple digitally within days. We always advise our couples to bring special props with them, and one of the props Melissa and Steve brought were special signs made.
The couple was thrilled with their wedding. We are always thankful when our couples take the time to write reviews and thank you cards, just as this couple did. We just adored them and their energy.
