  • VENDOR SUGGESTIONS, RESOURCES, & INFORMATION after discussing your vision, needs, & desires, we suggest the appropriate resources and offer our connections to

         create your vision.

  • BUDGET GUIDANCE & SAVINGS - We charge a flat fee instead of percentages & commissions, fairly represent all professionals and services, provide budget strategies to save money without compromising quality, and pass our savings onto you. 

  • REHEARSAL & WALK-THROUGH- On the day before/of the wedding or event CBT will meet with you to review details, floor plans, and timelines (does not include site or vendor fees)

  • EMBELISHMENTS-  use of our select inventory to embellish your event design and experience

  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL- We review your agreements & contracts to make sure all terms are understood and met.  

  • SAFETY PERSON- When the county or state mandates policies, safety includes a person exclusively responsible for implementing COVID policies at your event, including sanitizing during the event, providing hand sanitizer for everyone, enforcing mask and glove policies for food/beverage preparation and service, etc.

  • WEDDING ETIQUETTE & ADVICE​

  • FLOOR PLAN designed with client, venue, and vendors to provide guidance of set up and placement on the day of your event

  • TIMELINE of all wedding details, including scheduled deliveries & services for your event, times to set up & strike rentals

  • EVENT DESIGN & RENTALS- assist you with your wedding aesthetic and the vendors to create it

  • SET UP TO BREAK DOWN- While we set up your personal items, (ie. guest book, candy buffet, gift/reception table, place/escort cards, gift card box, programs, fans, wedding favors, etc.).we do not replace the vendors you choose to not hire. We do not set up equipment, furniture, props, etc. (ie. tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc.). 

  • TROUBLESHOOTING- calmly solve problems that may arise during your wedding, & proactively plan ahead with alternate plans 

  • EMERGENCY KIT- provide an emergency kit for use at the event site

  • CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZATION- creative suggestions to make YOUR wedding about YOU so it stands out from the others 

  • VIP SERVICE- quick response time, above and beyond service, honesty, transparency

Wedding Day Coordination 

INCLUDES: 

  • INTERVIEW & CHECKLISTS to personalize your event and ensure details are not overlooked

  • CHECKLISTS & REMINDERS to keep you on track during the planning process 

  • EVENT FACILITATION to oversee and direct the wedding event from start to finish.

  • LIMITED COMMUNICATION-Planning begins 6 weeks prior to the wedding day with limited communication 

  • EVENT RESUMES detailing your wedding day plans, vendor services, and products throughout the planning process

  • VENDOR RESOURCES & INFORMATION-While vendor lists are provided to you after we receive your contract and deposit, it is your responsibility to research, select, and contract all of your insured and licensed professionals for your wedding. You will not benefit from our professional discounts.
