"Tori is spectacular! I don't know how she does it, but Tori magically manages to pull off all her weddings with a perfect blend of fun and low-key attitude (which results in happy brides and vendors!)   • Safety Person- When the county or state mandates policies, safety includes a person exclusively responsible for implementing COVID policies at your event, including sanitizing during the event, providing hand sanitizer for everyone, enforcing mask and glove policies for food/beverage preparation and service, etc.

  • Floor Plan designed with client, venue, and vendors to provide guidance of set up and placement on the day of your event

  • Wedding Day Timeline to include scheduled deliveries & services for the event, times to set up & strike rentals

  • Rentals- assist you with event rentals

  • Set Up to Break Down- set up your personal items, (ie. guest book, candy station, gift/reception table place cards, gift card box, programs, fans, wedding favors, etc.).You provide verbal or written instructions with the items needed to us the day before the event. ***This does not include set up of any equipment or props, (ie. tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc.), which will be handled by the contracted companies. We do not replace the professionals you choose not to hire. 

  • Programs- assist with the information & design ideas for your wedding program

  • Resources- provide resource info for all of your event needs (ie. Printing, calligraphy)

  • Contracting Carefully Curated Vendors-assist with suggesting, discovering, negotiating, & contracting professionals (We do not take commission & pass that savings on to you!)

Wedding Day Coordination 

INCLUDES:

  • Communication-Beginning 6 weeks prior to the wedding day unlimited communication via phone, e-mail, skype, Viber, & phone (at your expense for international calls) as needed to obtain all necessary information and contracts you have arranged; ongoing updates and consultation with the couple about vendors’ services/products in a Wedding Summary throughout the planning process  to make you feel at ease

  • Vendor Hire-vendor lists are provided to you, you research, select, and contract all of your insured and licensed professionals and do not benefit from our vendor discounts, you provide the contracts to us, you pay them directly before the wedding day or provide envelopes with their payments for us to disburse on the wedding day

  • Rehearsal or Walk-Through with Planner on the day before/of the wedding or event to review and confirm all details (does not include site or vendor fees)

Celebrations by Tori is not responsible for weather conditions that prohibit the set up of wedding props. Transportation fees may apply and are an additional fee, not included in the packages listed above. Prices are subject to change before and during the planning process, but you will always be notified when you receive your proposal or summary adjustments.
