Olowalu Plantation House Byron and Sina’s wedding
Byron and Sina planned their elaborately detailed wedding from Germany with Maui-based wedding planner Tori Rogers of Hawaii Weddings by Tori Rogers. Many emails and skype calls were exchanged and a fabulous wedding was created, incorporating many personalized and customized elements.
Photographer Jana Morgan was amazing as usual at capturing every detail and emotion of the day, and there were MANY details to be photographed. To see more of the wedding photos please visit this link http://janamorganphotography.pixieset.com/byronandsinaswedding/
A gorgeous Hawaiian style ceremony officiated by Pastor Laki at the Olowalu Plantation House was enjoyed by guests from across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

The bride’s bouquet incorporated the color theme of coral and white. Dellables created fabulous floral arrangements. The couple ordered various vases from Savon Crafts per Tori’s advice to create the look they wanted on the Farm tables rented from Pacific Isle Rentals. Lighting across the farm tables was also from Pacific Isle Rentals (as well as the chuppah, chairs–both white folding and dark chiavari—, and basic tables and linens.

The groom created adorable and durable signs for just about every wedding element, including the wedding cake, ceremony seating, sparkler departure, the bride’s entrance, bar menu, hula lessons during the cocktail reception, wedding menus, bride and groom chair caps, and the wedding favor flip flops. He even made flags in German and English for guests to wave at the conclusion of the ceremony. Flags were waved in addition to a flower shower surprise from wedding planner Tori Rogers.
Byron and Sina wanted guests to choose a seat and not a side. Everyone was family!

Other unique wedding elements included a vintage table and outrigger rented from Opihi Love and a vintage bar rented from Billy Goat Vintage. On the vintage table were vanity items for guests such as sunscreen and bug spray, as well as a memory tribute of photos of loved ones. Colorful paper pinwheels were placed in vintage bottles of sand to adorn the table. Guests were asked to sign the couple’s guest book at this table, so lighting was strategically placed at this table in addition to LED candles.

Vatious sound equipment was rented from Billy Arbour to play the couple’s very special song selections. The very customized family style menu provided by Aloha Events Catering impressed all guests. Menus were printed and made to fit inside Tori’s brown chargers. Coasters were placed at each place setting listing all of the beverages available at the vintage bar and outrigger canoe. The couple and guests danced the night away under the stars. It was a most beautiful night to remember forever.
