Weddings are back and couples are excited to reserve their wedding dates! In fact, thanks to a year of cancellations and postponements, 2021 is even busier than usual...and we don't see a reprieve in 2022. While there are 365 days in a year just waiting to be reserved by you after your exciting engagement, there ARE some dates you may want to avoid for the next three years.
Personally Significant Days:
If you are inviting guests who are integral to the meaning and success of your wedding day, then you may want to consult with them about dates they are and are not available. Also consider any special days on your own calendars, including college reunions, other people's weddings, anniversaries, job obligations ("jobligations"), etc. If there are major events happening in the area of your desired wedding venue, like conventions, festivals, fairs, parades, sports events, concerts, and other community events, those may affect your date or access to your venue.
