9:00am Morning walk through with the bridal party at Sugarman Estate

10:00am Vendors are permitted on property to set up wedding

Beauty services start at Marriott Suite

12:00pm Groom +4 will arrive early at Sugarman by Taxi at Noon

2:00pm Bridal Party leaves Marriott for Sugarman Estate

Caterers arrive

2:30pm Bride +6 will arrive early at estate by driver at 2:30pm

3:30pm Photography begins: Getting ready photos

4:00pm First Look photos at the estate

Guests at Marriott depart on Shuttle

4:15pm Bridal party does last minute touch ups, uses restroom, etc.

4:30pm Guest arrival time

Ululani’s Shave Ice arrives to set up

4:45pm Groomsmen/Ushers seat guests

4:55pm Bridal party in place

5:00pm Ceremony start time

Couple feeds each other a malasada for photos

Maid of Honor announces niece’s birthday as cupcake is brought out with lit birthday candle.

7:05pm Dinner Service begins (Song: Guests eat: slow calm dinner music lumineers, head and heart)

Dinner:

Salad: Ocean Salad- Kula greens, julienne Maui vegetables, lilikoi vinaigrette, feta cheese

Entrée:

-Edamame macadamia nut encrusted mahi mahi, passion fruit beurre blanc

-Grilled kalbi beef marinated in soy, sesame and cane sugar with Maui onion, garlic and ginger, furikake

-Coconut whipped banana & Molokai purple sweet potatoes with brown sugar & macadamia nut crumble

-Spicy Brussell Sprouts

Coffee/Tea Service: @ $2.50 pp (30)
